MLK Weekend - Pen’s first trip to MI. Totally impromptu moment. Decided to go on Saturday morning since it’s was bitterly cold in Chicago and I needed a change of scenery. Driving all that way kinda freaked me out. Had no idea how that might go but she did great. Slept the whole way there and went about 4.5 hours without eating. It is possible!

It was really quiet but so pretty up in MI. Ryan found new love on the ice.
