Family road trip to Indianapolis this weekend. Mom and dad to watch a LOT of Big Ten Basketball and Penny to spend some QT with her omma and oppa. One stop on Friday afternoon, Stouts Shoes. We are doing everything we can to encourage first steps so why not get some proper shoes. Her first walking shoes. Sweetest little white shoes you've ever seen. Stouts Shoes is an Indianapolis institution, downtown in a high-ceilinged building rigged with a pulley system for newly purchased shoes to be sent to get wrapped up for exit. This is where Dad got his first shoes. Which made some in the crowd a bit nostalgic. You know who you are :)
