I've fallen behind, totally skipped October and November and what a difference a few months make. After my week home with Penny, I have many high points and am deeply in love with Miss Penny. Next week is going to suck....
Hide and Seek.
That when my phone rings she immediately says, "daddy". As if he is the ony person that calls me.
Laying on the floor with her and rolling in fits of laughter. Not ever really understanding what's so funny.
When she wakes up early in our night but in the middle of hers and needs to be rocked back to sleep. So sweet. Not as sweet at 2am.
The "mmm" sound she makes when she wants to give one of us a kiss. And how she puts her little hand to her mouth but hasn't quite yet figured out how to blow the kiss to us.
Oldie but goody, those cheeks. Especially when she has a hat on --- they are really all you see.
